Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: November 3, 2026

1.Delete your Meta (Facebook) data

Three steps remove everything PathMarkr obtained through your Meta connection:

  1. Disconnect Meta in PathMarkr. Sign in, open Connections, and click Disconnect next to Meta. This immediately deletes the encrypted access token we stored and stops all PathMarkr activity in your ad account, including automations.
  2. Remove PathMarkr from Facebook. Disconnecting in PathMarkr does not revoke the authorization on Meta's side. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find PathMarkr, and choose Remove. Removing the app invalidates the authorization on Meta's side, so no further requests can be made with any token PathMarkr held.
  3. Ask us to delete the rest. Email support@pathmarkr.com from the email address on your PathMarkr account with the subject “Delete my Meta data”. We will delete your Facebook display name, ad account, Page, and business details, campaign and audience records, performance history, and stored Meta error messages from our systems.

Campaigns, ad sets, ads, and saved audiences that PathMarkr created in your Meta ad account belong to you and stay in your account; PathMarkr does not delete them from Meta. If you would like us to pause or archive them before you disconnect, say so in your email and we will do it while we still have access.

2.Delete your Geotab fleet data

  1. Disconnect Geotab in PathMarkr. Open Connections and click Disconnect next to Geotab. This immediately deletes the encrypted Geotab credentials we stored. You can also revoke our access by changing the password of the Geotab user you connected.
  2. Ask us to delete derived data. Disconnecting does not delete the vehicles, stops, street addresses, route geometry, audiences, and automation history already generated for your account. Email support@pathmarkr.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my fleet data” and we will delete them.

3.Delete your entire account

Email support@pathmarkr.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will reply to that address to confirm the request is genuinely yours, then delete:

  • your sign-in identity, profile, and preferences;
  • Geotab credentials, Meta access tokens, and all connection records;
  • vehicles, stops, addresses, route geometry, audiences, automations, and their history;
  • uploaded ad videos stored by PathMarkr (images are uploaded directly to your Meta ad account's image library and are not stored by PathMarkr);
  • in-app assistant messages, fetch logs, and account-type records; and
  • any early-access or demo-request records tied to your email.

If you have an active subscription, we cancel it at Stripe as part of the deletion so you are not charged again. It ends at the close of the current billing period unless you ask us to end it immediately; no partial refund is owed. You can also cancel it yourself first from the Billing page. The following are not deleted:

  • campaigns and ads in your Meta ad account, and your Geotab database, which are yours and are not controlled by PathMarkr;
  • invoices and payment records held by PathMarkr and Stripe, which we keep for seven years for tax and accounting purposes;
  • security, audit, and error logs, from which your account identifier is removed; and
  • encrypted backups held by our hosting provider, which are overwritten in the ordinary course.

4.If you took the Fleet Score quiz or booked a demo

Email hello@pathmarkr.com from the address you used with the subject “Delete my information”. We will delete your name, email address, phone number, quiz answers and score, and demo booking details. Every Fleet Score email also includes an unsubscribe link that stops further emails immediately.

5.Timing and confirmation

  • We acknowledge every deletion request within 5 business days.
  • We complete verified requests within 30 days and email you a confirmation when deletion is finished. That email is your record that the request was fulfilled.
  • If a law, legal hold, or dispute prevents us from deleting a specific record, we will tell you what we kept and why.
  • Requests for drivers' vehicle-location data should go to the fleet operator that connected the account; we will assist them in responding. See our Privacy Policy.
