FAQ
How fast can I actually go live?
Your Geotab data → cluster detection → audience pin generation → Meta API publish, all working end-to-end. From upgrade to your first published audience is usually under 10 minutes.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Vehicle quota. Both can connect Meta and publish. If you have ≤24 vehicles, Starter. From 25 vehicles up, Pro is cheaper than overage on Starter.
What happens to my free account after 14 days?
You keep using it. Data refresh drops from real-time to weekly (one auto + one manual refresh per 7-day window). Dashboard works fully. Campaign builder becomes view-only for new builds; saved drafts are preserved indefinitely. Upgrade anytime to unlock live data + publish.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Annual customers complete their term but no future renewal. Monthly cancels at next billing date. Existing campaigns continue running on Meta independently.
Do you charge for the Geotab integration?
No. Geotab connection is free at every tier including free. Geotab themselves charges you for their service; we don't touch that.
