Terms of Service

By creating a PathMarkr account, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the PathMarkr web application and related integrations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Integrations with Geotab and Meta are scoped to the minimum required to deliver the service.

PathMarkr offers a free tier that includes full access to the fleet dashboard, hot zone detection, AI-named neighborhoods, heatmaps, filters, and the campaign builder in preview mode. The free tier includes up to 14 days of real-time data refresh. After 14 days, free accounts refresh weekly (one automatic + one manual refresh per 7-day window). Dashboard functionality remains fully accessible.

You agree not to use PathMarkr to violate any law, to infringe on intellectual property, to send unsolicited communications, or to attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

Coordinate data, fleet location data, and audience-pin data made available through the PathMarkr Service may not be exported, extracted, copied to clipboard, manually re-entered into any third-party advertising platform (including but not limited to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), or otherwise used outside the PathMarkr platform for ad targeting purposes, except when delivered through PathMarkr's authorized publish pathways available to paid subscribers.

Violation of this clause is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in claims for damages equal to PathMarkr's reasonable estimate of subscription fees that would have been due during the period of misuse.

PathMarkr offers paid subscription plans (Starter $99/mo, Pro $499/mo, Scale $1,499/mo, Enterprise $2,499/mo) that unlock connecting Meta, publishing campaigns, live data refresh, real-time audience updates, and the campaign performance dashboard. Paid plans are governed by vehicle quotas; additional vehicles are billed at per-vehicle overage rates published at /pricing.

Monthly subscriptions bill at the start of each monthly period. Annual subscriptions bill annually and save 15%. Annual Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans use ACH (bank transfer) billing, arranged on a setup call.

The free tier lets you evaluate the full dashboard before paying. Paid plans unlock Meta publishing and typically go live within minutes of upgrading. You may cancel at any time: monthly subscriptions end at the next billing date and annual subscriptions run through the end of their term. Campaigns already published to your Meta ad account continue running independently of PathMarkr.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked from your billing page. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual customers complete their term but do not renew automatically. After cancellation, your account reverts to free-tier access. Existing Meta campaigns continue running independently on your Meta account.

PathMarkr retains Geotab fetch logs for 90 days for audit, anomaly detection, and dispute resolution purposes. After 90 days, fetch logs are automatically deleted. Account type change audit records are retained indefinitely.

You own your data, including pins generated from your fleet routes. PathMarkr provides Geotab integration read-only access. Coordinate data and audience pins are derived from your Geotab account and are not sold, shared, or used for training machine learning models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathMarkr's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid PathMarkr in the twelve months preceding the claim.
